Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Jayla Car Rental, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between you (the renter) and Jayla Car Rental. You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends when the vehicle is returned to our location. Extensions must be arranged in advance. Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Driver Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least one year
• Minimum age of 21 years (surcharge for drivers under 25)
• Valid credit card in the renter's name
• All additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. The following uses are prohibited:

• Off-road driving
• Racing or speed testing
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Subletting or using for commercial purposes without authorization
• Driving outside the approved geographic area

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply at the current rate plus a service fee.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic liability insurance is included in all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. Without additional coverage, you are responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the full value of the vehicle. Review your personal auto insurance and credit card coverage for potential additional protection.

7. Damage and Repairs

Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. You are responsible for all damage occurring during the rental period unless covered by insurance. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.

8. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By renting from us, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to rentals made after the posting date.
